I believe mindfulness and meditation can be a huge benefit to those with chronic illness because it allows individuals to meet strong thoughts, emotions and sensations with a light sense of curiosity and compassion instead of judgement and fear. Each week I begin the workshops with a short opening meditation designed to help participants create a new relationship to their illness. Instead of seeing their situation as fearful and hopeless; the perspective is hopeful and workable.
We meet as a group over Zoom for approximately 60 minutes each week for 6 weeks.
Each workshop is $180 and includes six weekly 60 minute live Zoom group sessions and handouts with exercises and content. Each session is recorded, password protected, and distributed to participants to (re)view at their leisure.
Which workshop is right for you?
Learn tools and techniques to take you out of "fight or flight" and into "rest and digest" so your body can heal and recover. Weekly training will include breath work, guided meditation, muscle relaxation techniques, mindfulness and positive mindset.

Guided meditations will be used to create new neural pathways of safety instead of fear and anxiety. It takes effort and consistency, but because our brains are flexible, they can change and adapt to new thinking patterns and beliefs.
